Schedule-WIN

David just left, after twenty-four hours of super-fun-times.  In all we watched the entire first season of Archer, completed an entire computer game (Half Life 2 Episode 2), and watched a random sci-fi movie called Ink (which actually turned out to be a really great movie- I recommend it on netflix instant watch- great character design, fight scenes, and a very sweet story at its core).

In other news, I now have a class schedule for next year.  When I look at my Fall schedule I can't help but think they're trying to lull me into some false sense of security...

Four classes total.

No class starts before 10:05AM (and that's only on two days of the week- otherwise it's 11:10AM).

All classes end by 3:20PM

and

and

AND.....

No.  Friday.   Classes.  Ever.

I can plausibly imagine a scenario in which the teacher for every one of these classes walks in on the first day and assigns four hundred pages of highly detailed case-studies to read.  For the week.  And that would be difficult, but it's sort of what I would expect anyway.  Anything less than that, though, and this schedule is AWESOME.

Also, there's a one in three chance that I'm being taught Torts by a guy named Professor Super.  And in the Spring, there's a one in one chance that I'm being taught Property by Professor Super.  How great is that?

Speaking of the Spring, my schedule for that semester is considerably less good.  Classes start at 9AM Monday through Thursday and occasionally run til 5:30PM.  Oh, but wait...

No.  Friday.  Classes.

I'll live.

  1. You and Brian will have to bond over your permanent three-day weekends.

    And I'll be jealous.
