Not with a bang, but a whimper.
With no further explanation, an e-mail containing two attachments popped up in my gmail today. The first was a letter stating that my apartment was #0911A (good number, right?) and the second was an occupancy agreement "to be sent back by June 15th, ASAP." If I held the power in this relationship, I would hold off on sending that in for about a month. I do not hold any power, though. One day.
This is the floorplan for my apartment:
Obviously I only get one of those two bedrooms. It is considerably smaller than the apartment I have now, which is a good thing. I am currently debating how I could fit in both my standing computer setup AND my big TV. Most likely I will connect the TV to my computer, have a 42" screen, and get a little tray table for my keyboard and mouse so that I can sit on my bed while using the computer/watching TV.
I need to start making a list of things I need to get rid of.
Also, I found a great app today for my phone called Runkeeper. I just put in my pocket before going on a jog and it keeps track of all the information you could possibly want and then e-mails it to you. I don't think I would enjoy exercising very much if I couldn't do it like a nerd.
Yay for housing! Yay for... exercising like a nerd?
ReplyDeleteYay housing! Your apartment looks very snazzy for student living.
ReplyDeleteAlso... will you be taking your coffee tables with you? Because if not, Brian and I will probably be needing coffee tables in a couple months...
